1부 5권과 2부 5권으로 나뉘어져 있는데, 이걸 정말 한사람이 썼나 싶을 정도로 세계관만 공유할 뿐 다른 소설처럼 느껴진다. 그만큼 1부와 2부의 수준차이가 심한데. 당연하다면 당연하게도 2부의 퀄리티가 압도적으로 높다. 1부는 개연성도 부족할 뿐 아니라, 등장인물 하나하나에 중간중간마다 숨을 불어넣어 주려다 계속해서 흐름이 끊기게 만드는 우를 범하곤 한다. 그리고 판타지 소설이라기 보다 로맨스 소설에 가까울 정도로 오글거리는 묘사 뿐이랄까. 2부부터는 개연성도 살아있고, 전쟁묘사에 있어 전략 전술 또한 존재한다. 그리고 그로 인해 재미도 확연히 차이난다. 5 2점 정도 준다면 2부를 4점 이상 정도 줄 수 있어 평균적으로 3점 이상 정도의 작품이 된다고 보면 된다. Ps 참고로 마법은 존재하지 않고 전쟁과 기사만이 존재하는 판타지 소설이다. 아예 존재하지 않는 것은 아니나, 없다고 봐도 무방하다.
